Two houses built side by side for high-spec private buyers with smart-home expectations. Coordinating first fix with groundworks, plumbing and joinery on a tight developer schedule while meeting both aesthetic and BS 7671 compliance requirements.

Our solution

A single FLD team on both plots for first and second fix, with KNX-compatible home automation wired from the consumer unit outwards. Cat6a data to every habitable room, 4K-capable CCTV cabling, fire alarm to BS 5839 Grade D for dwellings, and full NICEIC Domestic Installer Scheme sign-off with Part P certificates issued to both buyers on completion.

Both houses sold on completion. The developer has booked FLD for the next two phases.
