Cookie policy
What cookies this website uses, and how you stay in control.
Last updated: June 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your device. They are widely used to make sites work and to remember preferences. This site takes a deliberately minimal approach.
What we use
We use only the essential, functional cookies and local storage needed for the site to work - for example to keep a page transition smooth or to remember if you have dismissed a notice. These do not identify you and are not used for advertising.
We do not currently run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. When you submit an enquiry form, the services that deliver it for us (our form provider and secure database) may set functional cookies or local state needed to process that submission - nothing more.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set most browsers to refuse them. Because we rely only on essential cookies, blocking them may affect how some parts of the site behave but will not stop you contacting us by phone or email.
- Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari all let you view and clear cookies in their privacy settings.
- For guidance on managing cookies generally, see the ICO's cookie guidance.
More information
How we handle the personal data you send us is covered in our privacy policy. Any questions, email paul@fldelectrical.co.uk.
