The challenge

The challenge

Assisted-living residents require uninterrupted life-safety systems and a fully-coordinated nurse-call-to-fire-alarm interface. The site sits 35 miles from our Swansea base, so first-time-right commissioning was critical.

Our solution

Our solution

Full design-and-build scope delivered under a single NICEIC Approved Contractor sign-off. Nurse-call system integrated with the BS 5839 fire alarm to give carers a single unified interface. Emergency lighting designed per BS 5266 zone-by-zone. All cable routes documented in as-built drawings and handed to the care provider facilities team.

The result

The result

Commissioning achieved on first attempt, CQSS handover accepted, no snagging returns. The provider has since approached us for follow-on expansion work.
